Terms and Conditions
Your date is not secured until a non-refundable deposit is made and you have received confirmation.
Deposits are a base price of £50.00 unless stated.
*A print for everyone who goes in the Photo Booth: 4 prints are printed per use of the Photo Booth. 6 Prints are printed if the guestbook option is added.
To accommodate our photo booth the space required is 5ft x 8ft with access to a standard UK power supply. 90 Minutes is required to set up the booth before your event starts.
Please insure there is Car Parking with easy access to your event. If there is a car parking charge, please mention this in the more information section on the booking form.
Use of a table is required when adding a Guestbook to your hire package. If your guests require reprints, these are sold at £1 per print to cover costs.
Any cancellations made within 28 days of the date of your booking will not receive a refund. Cancellations made in advance of 28 days will receive a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.
We shall not be held liable for any failure, delay or human error for any booking involving the Photo Booth. In such circumstances, we will refund what we believe is appropriate.
Pose Photo Booth have the right to use any photos taken for promotional purposes.
We are not responsible for any injuries in the Photo Booth to people under the influence of alcohol.
Pose Photo Booth will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour to any of our staff or abuse of the Photo Booth or equipment. If this occurs we retain the right to terminate the hire immediately.
We may terminate the hire if our staff feel that our Photo Booth is in danger of being damaged or has been damaged due to the actions of the people using the Photo Booth. If we do terminate, we will not issue any refunds for any period of hire not provided.
We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.
